I’m currently hard at work finishing my book about sewing jeans, and part of that process is sewing a bunch of different jeans styles to show in the book, both as an inspiration and to give examples of how you can alter a jeans pattern to create various styles, i.e. skinny, boot-leg, straight outseam for selvedge denim etc since my book will also have instructions for these type of alterations.
So in this video, I share my jeans sewing plans, my general overwhelm right now, plus give an update about my book AND I also give some nice jeans making tips. Yes. it’s a meaty video, but I’ve had several folks telling me lately that they appreciate more long-form, personable content in unsettling times like the one we are currently in, so I’m here to help with that!
